The domain name www.homeneera.com i.e. the website is registered in the name of Home Neera,  (a sole proprietorship concern of Ms. Poornima Garg) having its office at C-304, ATS Greens 1, Sector 50, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

Once a valid purchase has been made, Home Neera will thereafter send a confirmation email  to the registered email address of the customer.

 

Timelines

Deliveries will be made within 3 weeks from the date of placing the order of ready to dispatch dhurries,  made through the website. Home Neera will make every effort to meet delivery deadlines. The delivery date provided to the customer is an estimate given in good faith. In case of any emergency or delay in delivery due to any unforeseen reason or unavoidable circumstances, Home Neera will inform the customer using the registered contact numbers and/or email address of the customer.

 

 

The customer hereby agrees to make adequate arrangements for smooth carriage of the purchased items by the carrier from the main gate of the customer premises to customers doorstep. 

 

In case of made to order/custom dhurries, the time and estimation of completion and delivery will be intimated to the concerned customer via email.

Discounts/ offers

Sale and other discounted prices/offers are applicable only within India.

 

Delivery

Home Neera will make 3 attempts for delivery to the customers desired address. In case the delivery does not happen and the orders are returned, Home Neera reserves the right to cancel the order and retain up to 25% of the order value.

 

Customised orders

We work with 50% of the total value as advance for customised orders. The order is processed only after the payment is made and the delivery timelines are calculated from then. The delivery timelines vary and it is at Home Neera’s discretion to assign different timelines to different orders.

Remaining 50% of the total value and shipping charges are deposited once the order is ready and the customer has received an email stating the same. The order is shipped only after the full payment has been made. We do not offer any cancellation of the customised orders, once the order has been placed. In case of any cancellation, Home Neera retains full right to keep the 50% advance made at the start of the order.

 

Upon intimation of completion of the custom order by email, the balance payment needs to be made within one month therefrom after which Home Neera will have complete discretion to cancel the order and any advance payment made for the product would be forfeited and adjusted towards handling of the product on behalf of the customer, while Home Neera would gain complete discretion to dispose of the product.

 

The shipping charges of customised orders are calculated only after the Dhurrie has been completed depending upon the weight/volume and delivery destination.

In no circumstances we cant provide an estimation of shipping charges beforehand.

 

Returns and exchange

In case the reason of return is delivery of wrong items (delivered items different from ordered / described, poor quality of delivered items etc.), Home Neera will fully refund the collection charges and further arrange suitable replacement(s) at its own cost. Any refund of the purchase amount will only be at the discretion of Home Neera.

If it is found by Home Neera that the returned items are not in good condition, then Home Neera reserves the right to refuse any refund / replacement.

 

  • We sadly do not have a refund policy.

  • For exchange/return of the purchase items, the customer should contact Home Neera  at studio@homeneera.com within 10 days of delivery.
    The exchange policy lasts 10 days, from the date of receiving the order. 

  • After 10 days we cannot offer any exchange.

To be eligible for the same 

  • The items must be unused and it must be returned along with the original packaging material.

  • To exchange the item, please ship it to C-304, ATS Greens 1, sector 50, Noida-201301.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging the item. 

  • Shipping costs will not be included in the exchange.

  • Items sold during sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Custom made order are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Exchange and returns is applicable to customised rugs only if the product is damaged. Please share a picture of the damaged rug at studio@homeneera.com, within 2 days of receiving the product and we will do the needful.

 

Important Note

  • The colour of the actual items may slightly differ from the listing picture due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings.

  • Please allow slight deviations in the measurements, although we strive to provide the most accurate measurement possible.

  • For international / national shipments and bulk orders - Import duties, taxes and charges are buyer's responsibility.

  • Home Neera does not exercise any design copyright over ethically sourced articles.

Credit/Debit Card Particulars

  • You understand, approve and confirm the accuracy of credit/debit card details provided by you for using our services on our website. Credit cards should be your own and should include correct and valid details. The info given by you will neither be used nor shared by us with any third party unless required by laws in India or required by way of a court order. We cannot be held responsible for any credit card fraud. You will be responsible for potential credit card fraud. The duty to prove wrong doing shall be solely on you.

 

Legal issues

  • In the situation of any legal issue between the company and the customer over the course of individual use of the website in association with rationality, interpretation, execution or purported breach of any provision of this agreement including the privacy policies and documents incorporated through reference, the dispute shall be mentioned to a sole arbitrator who will be an independent and neutral third party acknowledged by the Company. The location of arbitration will be Delhi and The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall administer the arbitration proceedings. The proceedings shall be in the English language
